It is a PP (Polypropylene)/PET (Polythylene terephthalate)non-woven scrap with an LDPE (low-density polyethylene) adhesive layer in between. There is no cellulose or elastic in this material.
MSDS are available upon request.
It would be a great filler material.
It does come in roll stock or shredded in bales.
